WE HAVE SUCCESSFULLY EXECUTED A
WIDE RANGE OF RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL

PROJECTS

SAMUEL'S APARTMENT
year: 2024
type: residential
area: 328 sq ft/30.5 sq m
the apartment is located in a pre-war building and has been neglected for decades. the new owner sought our expertise to reveal its true potential and maximize the use of its 328 sq ft / 30.5 sq m area.
our design proposal features a custom plywood platform that serves as both a seating area during the day and a bed when needed. a space-dividing shelf creates a visual boundary between the kitchen and the living area, while the open design allows natural light to reach the kitchen. despite the corridor's limited dimensions, we successfully incorporated a bathroom and laundry area, discreetly positioned behind a curved wall.
